The Puma Deviate Nitro 4 trainers are designed for adult female runners seeking a high-performance shoe for consistent road mileage and tempo training. Featuring advanced NITROFOAM technology and a carbon composite PWRPLATE, these shoes offer exceptional energy return and propulsion, though they are specifically engineered for runners with a neutral gait rather than those requiring high-stability correction.

Yes, the lightweight design and propulsive PWRPLATE make them excellent for race day, particularly for runners who prefer a max-cushioned shoe.
The Puma Deviate Nitro 4 features an 8mm heel-to-toe drop.
The PUMAGRIP outsole provides multi-surface traction, but they are primarily designed for road use.
No, these are categorized as neutral trainers and do not provide structured support for overpronation.
Wipe the midsole down with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Do not submerge the shoes.
No, the engineered mesh is designed for maximum breathability, meaning it will absorb moisture if submerged.
Ensure the laces are threaded through the top eyelets using a runner's loop (heel lock) to secure the ankle.
While PUMAGRIP is durable, ensure you are using the shoes primarily on road surfaces to extend their lifespan.
To ensure the best performance from your Deviate Nitro 4s, ensure you have the correct size for your neutral gait; the shoe is designed with a regular width and a rounded toe box for a secure lockdown. To maintain the shoes, avoid machine washing or drying. Clean the mesh upper by gently brushing off loose dirt, and wipe the midsole with a damp cloth. Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the foam structure.
