The Puma Deviate Nitro 4 is a high-performance trainer designed for adult runners who demand consistency and speed during road mileage and daily training sessions. By incorporating advanced foam technology and a carbon-infused plate, it offers superior energy return and a lightweight feel; however, runners accustomed to maximalist cushioning may find the tuned, responsive ride firmer than expected.

Yes, the Deviate Nitro 4 is built for road mileage and performance, making it a capable choice for long-distance training and racing.
This is a neutral trainer. It provides a stable platform, but it does not contain specific medial posts for overpronation control.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and body weight.
While the PUMAGRIP is durable, these are primarily engineered for road surfaces and may not offer sufficient protection against sharp rocks or uneven terrain found on trails.
The Deviate Nitro 4 is built to a standard adult width. It is recommended to choose your usual running shoe size, ensuring there is room in the toe box for foot expansion during exercise.
Ensure the laces are tied firmly in a 'runner's loop' to lock the heel in place and check that the shoe is not too wide for your foot type.
Use a small toothpick or soft-bristled brush to gently remove stones or grit from the PUMAGRIP tread to maintain optimal traction.
