The Puma Activate Nitro Trainers are engineered for adult athletes focused on high-intensity interval training, HIIT, and functional fitness workouts like HYROX. These trainers excel at providing a stable yet responsive platform for dynamic movements such as lunges and burpees, though they are specialized for gym environments rather than long-distance outdoor running. Featuring advanced cushioning and superior grip, they are the ideal partner for athletes needing support during explosive, multi-directional training sessions.

These trainers are designed for high-intensity, short-duration training and functional fitness. While suitable for short sprints during a workout, they are not intended for long-distance running.
Yes, the wide platform and stable midsole make them suitable for compound lifts and general strength training.
The Activate Nitro follows standard adult athletic sizing. We recommend selecting your usual size for training footwear.
The PUMAGRIP outsole is designed for indoor gym surfaces, including rubber mats, synthetic turf, and wood flooring.
Yes, the inner footbed is removable to allow for the insertion of custom orthotics or specific performance insoles.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly through the wrap-up eyelets to secure the midfoot.
Clean the PUMAGRIP rubber outsole with a damp cloth to remove dust accumulation, which can temporarily reduce traction.
To ensure your Puma Activate Nitro trainers last as long as possible, maintain them through regular cleaning. After training sessions, remove any dirt or chalk buildup from the outsole using a soft brush. If the trainers become damp, allow them to air dry at room temperature; avoid placing them near heaters or in direct sunlight, as high heat can degrade the midsole foam. These shoes are designed for true-to-size performance; ensure your fit matches your standard training shoe size to benefit from the lateral and medial wrap-up support. If you use custom orthotics, the factory insert is removable, allowing for easier accommodation of personal insoles.
