The Puma Activate Nitro trainers are designed for adult male athletes who focus on high-intensity circuit training and HYROX-style conditioning. These shoes excel by providing a perfect balance between lightweight, responsive cushioning and the lateral stability required for explosive movements, though they are specialized for gym work rather than long-distance outdoor running.

These are primarily designed for high-intensity circuit training and functional fitness, not long-distance running.
The wider base offers good stability, but if you require a completely flat, non-compressed sole for heavy powerlifting, you may prefer a dedicated lifter.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents.
They are designed with a new last for an improved fit, but it is recommended to reference the UK 10.5 sizing standard for your specific measurement.
The PUMAGRIP outsole is optimized for various indoor gym surfaces, including rubber mats and wood flooring.
Ensure the laces are tightened across the midfoot to engage the lateral and medial wrap-ups properly.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clear debris from the rubber tread patterns to restore grip on gym floors.
To ensure your Puma Activate Nitro trainers last as long as possible, remove the insoles after particularly sweaty sessions to allow them to air out. If the shoes become dirty, clean them by wiping the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking them or using a washing machine, as high heat and heavy agitation can damage the foam properties. For the best fit, ensure you are wearing the appropriate athletic socks you intend to use for your workout, and lace them securely—the wrap-up technology works best when the shoe is snug against the arch of your foot.
