The Puma Activate NITRO Trainers are high-performance shoes engineered for male athletes focused on HYROX training and high-intensity interval circuits. Providing an optimal blend of stability and energy return, these trainers are an excellent choice for users who need neutral support during hybrid workout routines, though they are specifically tuned for indoor performance rather than long-distance outdoor trail running.

These trainers are designed for high-intensity circuits and HYROX-style workouts. While they offer cushioning, they are optimized for shorter bursts rather than long-distance road running.
The Puma Activate NITRO trainers feature a 6 mm drop, providing a stable, low-profile feel for functional fitness.
These trainers are designed to standard UK sizing. We recommend selecting your usual size for athletic footwear.
They are designed for gym and indoor performance. Using them on abrasive outdoor surfaces like concrete may cause premature wear to the outsole.
Use a soft brush and lukewarm water to gently scrub the foam midsole, avoiding harsh chemical cleaners.
Ensure the laces are tensioned across the midfoot to prevent internal sliding, and confirm your foot is centered on the heel counter.
Use a damp towel to wipe the rubber outsole; dust buildup can act as a lubricant between the shoe and the floor.
To ensure the longevity of your Puma Activate NITRO trainers, always verify your UK size 6 fit before your first high-intensity session. Ensure the laces are tightened firmly to lock the heel in place, reducing internal movement during lateral agility drills. Compatibility-wise, these shoes are ideal for rubber gym mats, wooden gym floors, and indoor turf.
