The adidas Performance Supernova Rise 3 Trainers are designed for adult runners who prioritize a balance of soft cushioning and stable support during their daily training. Featuring Dreamstrike+ technology and a lightweight construction, these shoes offer a smooth transition for road and treadmill sessions, though they may feel less responsive for those seeking a dedicated racing flat.

Yes, they are excellent for base mileage and long, slow distance training due to their focus on comfort and cushioning.
These trainers are designed for roads and treadmills. The outsole may not provide enough grip or protection on uneven, technical trail terrain.
General recommendation for running shoes is every 300-500 miles, depending on your running surface and body weight.
They generally fit true to size, but the Primeweave upper is adaptive. If you wear thick performance socks, you may want to consider a half-size up.
Yes, the factory insole is removable, making it compatible with most standard orthotic inserts.
Re-lace the shoes using the top eyelet (runner's knot) to lock the heel more securely.
The Dreamstrike+ foam may require a short break-in period of 20-30 miles to reach optimal cushioning properties.
To ensure the longevity of your Supernova Rise 3 trainers, ensure you have the correct size for your gait cycle, as the Primeweave upper provides a snug, sock-like fit.
