The adidas Supernova Rise 3 is a dedicated road running shoe designed for adult male runners seeking a balance of comfort and consistent daily performance. Featuring the signature Dreamstrike+ midsole for impact-absorbing cushioning, these trainers provide a smooth, responsive ride suitable for both casual jogs and structured training blocks, though the mesh-focused construction is optimized primarily for road surfaces rather than technical trail terrain.

Yes, the Supernova Rise 3 is designed for consistent road performance, making it a great option for high-mileage training.
These are road running shoes. While they work on light, well-packed paths, they lack the aggressive lugs needed for technical or muddy trails.
We recommend measuring your feet while wearing the socks you plan to run in, preferably in the afternoon when feet are slightly swollen.
Typically, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
It is not recommended to machine wash your trainers as it can damage the cushioning materials and adhesive bonds.
Adjust the lace-up closure to a looser setting or try alternative lacing techniques like the window lacing method.
Allow mud to dry completely before brushing it off with a soft-bristle brush.
To ensure the longevity of your Supernova Rise 3 trainers, follow these guidelines:
