The adidas Supernova Rise 3 is a high-performance running shoe tailored for passionate adult female runners who prioritize a balance of soft cushioning and stability. Featuring the innovative Dreamstrike+ midsole and a breathable Primeweave upper, this trainer is an excellent companion for everything from marathon training to casual daily runs, though runners seeking extreme minimalist ground feel may find the plush cushioning too substantial for their preference.

The Supernova Rise 3 generally fits true to standard UK sizing, but runners with wider feet may prefer to verify fit in person.
While the Lighttraxion outsole is durable, these are optimized for road running and may not provide sufficient grip on loose technical trails.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and gait.
No, the Primeweave upper is designed for maximum breathability and will allow water through if submerged or exposed to heavy rain.
The anatomical design and stable cushioning provide good support for most arch types, though custom insoles can be used if you require specific arch reinforcement.
Try using the 'runner's loop' or 'marathon lace' method to secure the heel lock more firmly.
The Dreamstrike+ foam often requires a short break-in period of 20-30 miles to reach optimal flexibility.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clear debris from the Lighttraxion grooves to restore traction.
To ensure the best experience, wear your preferred running socks when trying on the shoes to check the fit against the UK 6.5 size standard. Ensure the laces are adjusted to hold the midfoot firmly without cutting off circulation. For care, wipe down the outsole after runs to maintain the grip of the Lighttraxion material. If the Primeweave upper becomes soiled, hand wash with mild soap and cold water; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the midsole foam properties. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the materials.
