The adidas Supernova Rise 3 Trainers are designed for adult male runners who prioritize comfort and reliable support for daily road running. These shoes excel at providing a smooth, cushioned experience through their signature midsole technology, though users seeking a specialized racing flat for track sprints may find them slightly more substantial than typical lightweight speed shoes.

Yes, the Supernova Rise 3 is designed for everyday road performance and comfort, making it a great choice for base-mileage marathon training.
While primarily a road running shoe, they are stable enough for light gym work, though they are not specifically designed for heavy lifting or lateral-movement-heavy classes.
The adidas Supernova Rise 3 generally follows standard athletic sizing; if you prefer extra room for foot swelling during long runs, some users prefer sizing up by half a size.
Generally, running shoes maintain optimal midsole performance for 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface type.
No, they feature a mesh upper designed for maximum airflow and breathability, so they are not waterproof.
Try skipping the eyelet where the pressure is felt or use a 'window lacing' technique to relieve tension.
Ensure the laces are tightened properly and consider using the top 'runner's loop' eyelet to lock the heel in place.
Use a soft-bristled brush once the shoe is completely dry to gently dislodge dried mud from the mesh fibers.
To ensure the best experience, wear these trainers with moisture-wicking running socks to complement the mesh upper's breathability. For the initial fit, ensure the laces are tensioned from the bottom eyelets upward to achieve a uniform snugness.
