The adidas Supernova Rise 3 Trainers are designed for adult runners who prioritize a balance of comfort and stability during daily training. These trainers feature the innovative Dreamstrike+ midsole technology, which provides a soft yet supportive platform for various running distances. While they offer excellent breathability and a secure lockdown, users should note that the specialized cushioning is optimized specifically for neutral to mild stability gaits, which may not suit those requiring high-level motion control.

Yes, the Dreamstrike+ midsole is designed for sustained comfort, making them appropriate for long-distance training blocks.
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and the foam midsole structure. Hand cleaning is recommended.
The standard construction follows a regular fit; for those with wide feet, we recommend testing a half-size up to account for the secure lacing system.
They are considered neutral trainers with enhanced stability features, suitable for runners who do not require intensive corrective support.
They are optimized for asphalt, concrete, and synthetic track surfaces.
Try the 'runner's loop' or 'lock lacing' method using the top eyelet to secure the heel against the back of the shoe.
Adjust the laces using a 'window lacing' technique over the affected area to relieve pressure points without loosening the entire fit.
To ensure your Supernova Rise 3 trainers last, start by ensuring you have the correct size; the secure eyestay design provides a locked-in fit, so verify there is roughly a thumb's width between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. When cleaning, avoid machine washing, which can degrade the foam density. Instead, use a soft brush and mild soap to remove surface dirt, and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators. If you use custom orthotics, the factory sockliner is removable to accommodate most standard aftermarket insoles.
