Troubleshooting

Parasol is unstable or wobbles

Ensure the parasol is securely fixed in its base. Check that the base is adequately weighted or filled according to its instructions. Avoid using in excessively windy conditions.

Fabric shows signs of fading or wear

Use the Terrazza Parasol Cover when not in use to protect from prolonged UV exposure. Clean the fabric gently as per care instructions.

Pole seems difficult to insert or adjust

Check for any obstructions. Ensure you are using the correct mechanism for opening and closing, and do not force components. Refer to the product manual if provided.

Water pooling on the canopy after rain

The Olefin fabric is water-resistant, but some pooling may occur. Ensure the parasol is angled slightly to allow water to run off, and dry thoroughly before storing. Check the canopy tension.
