Full details

The Hay Terrazza Parasol in Red is designed for homeowners and renters looking to add a practical splash of color and shade to their outdoor living areas, such as patios, gardens, or balconies. Its key benefit is combining vibrant, summery aesthetics with durable, UV-resistant functionality for everyday outdoor use. Troubleshooting

Parasol is unstable

Ensure the parasol pole is securely inserted into a sufficiently weighted base. Check that the base is placed on a level surface.

Fabric appears faded

While UV-resistant, prolonged extreme sun exposure can cause fading. Use the protective cover when the parasol is not in use and consider repositioning to avoid constant direct sunlight.

Pole won't secure in base

Verify that you are using the correct Terrazza Parasol Base designed for this model and that any securing mechanisms on the base are properly tightened around the pole.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Terrazza Parasol requires assembly. Ensure the pole is securely fitted into the intended base (sold separately).

Compatibility: The parasol is designed to be compatible with the specifically designed Terrazza Parasol Base and Terrazza Parasol Cover. Ensure you select the correct size base for your parasol.

Care: To clean the polypropylene fabric, use a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For the aluminium pole, wipe with a soft cloth. It is recommended to use the Terrazza Parasol Cover when the parasol is not in use, especially during harsh weather conditions or the off-season, to prolong its lifespan and maintain its appearance.
