Full details

The HAY Terrazza Parasol in White is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their outdoor spaces with practical shade and a touch of summery style. Its key benefit lies in providing precise shade for dining or bistro tables, ideal for smaller areas like patios and balconies, while its clear, graphic design adds a light, visually relaxed feel. Troubleshooting

Parasol is wobbly or unstable.

Ensure the parasol pole is securely inserted into the base and that the base itself is heavy enough and placed on a stable surface. Check if the base has a tightening mechanism for the pole and adjust it.

Fabric canopy is dirty or stained.

Gently clean the fabric with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely.

Mechanism for opening/closing is stiff.

Check for any obstructions. Lightly lubricate the moving parts of the mechanism according to manufacturer recommendations for outdoor furniture, ensuring any lubricant is suitable for fabric contact.

Parasol shows signs of fading.

While the fabric is UV resistant, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can still cause some fading. Utilizing the parasol cover when not in use can help mitigate this.
