Troubleshooting

Parasol is wobbly or unstable.

Ensure the parasol pole is securely inserted into a compatible and properly weighted Terrazza Parasol Base. Check that the base is on a level surface.

Canopy fabric is dirty.

Gently wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely. Do not use harsh chemicals.

Parasol is difficult to open or close.

Check for any obstructions around the pole or canopy mechanism. Ensure the pole is correctly seated in the base. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Color fading on the canopy.

While the fabric is UV-resistant, prolonged exposure without protection can lead to fading. Use the Terrazza Parasol Cover when not in use and consider a shaded location.
