Troubleshooting

Parasol is unstable or wobbly.

Ensure the parasol is securely fixed in a sufficiently heavy Terrazza Parasol Base. Check that the pole is properly inserted and tightened in the base.

Fabric appears dirty or stained.

Gently wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry thoroughly before closing.

Parasol is difficult to open or close.

Check for any obstructions around the pole or canopy. Ensure the mechanism is clean and free of debris. Lubricate the mechanism slightly if necessary, following manufacturer recommendations.
