Troubleshooting

Parasol does not open or close smoothly

Check the mechanism for any obstructions. Ensure the pole is inserted correctly into the base and is not wobbling. Light lubrication on moving parts might help if friction is suspected.

Parasol feels unstable in light breeze

Verify that the parasol base is sufficiently weighted and securely positioned. Ensure the parasol is fully closed before strong winds arrive.

Fabric has minor marks or dirt

Gently wipe the affected area with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely. Avoid scrubbing.

Colour fading over time

While the fabric is UV resistant, prolonged extreme exposure can cause fading. Using the protection cover when not in use can help mitigate this.
