The Trespass Northridge Long Jacket is a high-performance, padded outerwear piece specifically designed for active children who need reliable protection during outdoor play, hiking, or camping trips. Featuring waterproof protection up to 2000mm and Coldheat insulation, it effectively balances warmth and weather resistance; however, users should note that while it is highly effective against wind and rain, it is not intended for extreme sub-zero mountaineering conditions.

Yes, you can machine wash the jacket, but please use a cool, gentle cycle and a non-biological detergent.
The jacket is designed for cold and damp conditions, but it is not specifically rated for heavy, deep snow or extreme arctic temperatures.
The jacket uses synthetic materials designed to allow moisture vapor to escape, helping to keep active kids comfortable during movement.
The best way to dry the jacket is to hang it on a coat hanger in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat or intense sunlight.
The Northridge features a grown-on (fixed) hood which is designed for a comfortable, ready-to-wear fit without the need for manual adjustment.
The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating may need refreshing; use a recommended wash-in water repellent treatment after cleaning the garment.
Check for fabric caught in the track and ensure the teeth are free of grit or dirt; a light application of zipper wax or pencil lead can help it glide smoothly.
This jacket requires no specific setup; it is ready to wear straight out of the package. For care, it is recommended to wash the garment on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent suitable for synthetic materials to maintain the waterproof coating. Avoid using strong chemical bleaches or fabric softeners, as these can compromise the waterproof membrane. Always allow the jacket to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the integrity of the insulation and the water-resistant finish.
