The Trespass Northridge Long Jacket is an essential outer layer for active kids who enjoy hiking, walking, or camping in unpredictable weather. This insulated, waterproof jacket provides reliable warmth and rain protection, making it ideal for outdoor play during colder months. While it excels in utility, the jacket is strictly a seasonal piece and may be too bulky for high-intensity sports or mild spring days.

It provides warmth for chilly days and protection against wind, but it is not specifically rated for extreme arctic temperatures or deep snow play.
No, this model features a 'grown-on' hood, meaning it is permanently attached to the jacket for maximum weather protection.
This rating indicates the jacket can withstand a 2000mm column of water pressure before moisture begins to penetrate, making it effective for light to moderate rain.
The jacket corresponds to standard UK children's sizing; we recommend selecting the size based on your child's age, with room to layer clothing underneath if needed.
Yes, it is machine washable. Please refer to the specific care instructions on the internal label for temperature and cycle settings.
The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating may need reapplying. Use a spray-on waterproofing treatment designed for polyester garments.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the track. You can lubricate the zipper teeth with a small amount of graphite from a pencil or a dedicated zipper lubricant.
Because this is a technical outer layer, proper care is essential to maintain its performance features. Always follow the garment's wash label, typically requiring a gentle cycle in cool water with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can strip the waterproofing treatment from the polyester shell. Ensure the jacket is fully zipped before tossing it in the wash to prevent damage to the zipper teeth. For drying, air drying is recommended to maintain the integrity of the insulation padding; avoid high heat, which may degrade the synthetic materials.
