FAQs
Are these boots suitable for artificial grass?
Yes, the stud configuration is specifically engineered to perform well on both firm ground and artificial grass surfaces.
How should I clean the exterior?
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth to wipe down the synthetic upper. Avoid harsh detergents.
Do these boots run true to size?
The ULTRA NITRO 7 is designed for a performance fit, which is generally snug. If you prefer extra room, you may want to consider a half-size larger than your standard casual shoe.
Can I use these on indoor court surfaces?
No, these are designed for outdoor football pitches. They do not have the flat, non-marking gum soles required for indoor court play.
What is the primary benefit of the NITRO foam?
The NITRO foam provides enhanced cushioning and explosive energy return, helping you remain agile and comfortable throughout the match.
Troubleshooting
Excessive stud pressure on hard surfaces
Ensure you are using the boots on compatible ground types and consider a cushioned performance insole if sensitivity persists.
Material stiffness out of the box
Wear the boots during light training sessions to allow the synthetic materials to conform to the shape of your feet.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
For the best experience, ensure your boots are correctly laced before play to optimize the lockdown effect of the upper. To maintain the condition of your PUMA ULTRA NITRO 7 boots, follow these care steps:
- Clean off mud and grass immediately after use using a soft brush or damp cloth.
- Do not submerge the boots in water or use a washing machine, as this can degrade the adhesives.
- Allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated space away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place to prevent material stiffness and unpleasant odors.
