The ASICS GEL-1130 Trainers are ideal for urban commuters and individuals seeking a blend of retro aesthetics and modern stability. Building upon the legacy of the ninth iteration of the GEL-1000 series, these trainers provide reliable foot support through evolved design; however, their heritage-focused construction may feel stiffer compared to specialized high-performance racing shoes.

While based on a 2008 stability running shoe, the current GEL-1130 is primarily positioned as a lifestyle trainer for casual wear and daily activity.
The GEL technology in the heel is specifically engineered to provide lasting impact absorption and improved comfort during daily movement.
Yes, the GEL-1130 is designed as a unisex product suitable for all adults.
Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the structural integrity of the materials.
The trainers are not explicitly waterproof; it is recommended to avoid heavy rain or standing water to maintain the condition of the materials.
The shoe features a stability-focused design which may require a short breaking-in period to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry debris before wiping with a slightly damp cloth.
To ensure your ASICS GEL-1130 trainers last, keep them away from harsh cleaning chemicals. If the trainers become soiled, gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent material deformation. For the best fit, ensure you are wearing the appropriate thickness of sock for your needs, as these shoes are built with a stable, structured footbed that performs best when properly seated.
