To ensure the longevity of your GEL-1130 trainers, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources that can degrade the GEL unit or adhesives. For sizing, ensure you consult the UK size standard for an accurate fit. To clean the exterior, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry debris. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or putting them in a washing machine, as this can damage the structural materials and the integrity of the cushioning. For minor stains, use a mild soap-and-water solution on a damp cloth, spot-cleaning the surface gently before allowing the shoes to air dry naturally.
