How do I ensure I order the correct size?

Are these shoes suitable for professional athletics?
The ASICS Gel 1130 is designed primarily for casual wear and light athletic activities. For professional or high-intensity sports, it is recommended to look for models specifically engineered for those disciplines.
Can these shoes be worn in wet conditions?
While the materials may offer some resistance, these shoes are not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or wet environments.
What is the main benefit of the GEL technology in these shoes?
The GEL technology provides enhanced shock absorption and cushioning, contributing to overall comfort and reducing impact during wear.
How should I clean the silver and grey upper?
Use a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth to gently clean the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking the shoes.
What does 'Unisex' mean for this product?
Unisex means the shoes are designed to be worn by individuals of any gender. Sizing is typically based on standard measurements, and it is crucial to refer to the size chart for the best fit.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight
Ensure you have selected the correct size based on accurate foot measurements. Consider wearing thinner socks or allowing a break-in period.
Cushioning feels insufficient for long runs
These shoes are best suited for casual wear and light athletic activities. For intense or prolonged running, consider specialized running shoes with advanced cushioning technology.
Soles are showing wear after moderate use
Inspect the shoes for excessive wear. If the wear seems premature, ensure you are using them for their intended purpose (casual wear, light activity) and not for demanding sports.
