To ensure the longevity of your Endorphin Speed 5s, proper care is required. Because of the nylon upper and specialized foam, avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can degrade the adhesive bonds and material structure.

1. Cleaning: Gently wipe the nylon upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt.
2. Drying: Air dry the shoes in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight, which can shrink or warp the foam.
3. Fit: These trainers are designed for a performance fit. Ensure your UK size 5.5 (or specific sibling size) allows for approximately a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to prevent black toenails during high-intensity training.
4. Rotation: To extend the life of the PWRRUN PB midsole, allow the foam to fully compress and rebound for 24 hours between runs by alternating with another pair of trainers.
