Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony trainers, follow these guidelines. First, verify your fit—ensure there is about a thumbnail's width of space at the front of the shoe. When cleaning, avoid the washing machine, as the heat and agitation can damage the foam and plate structure. Instead, spot clean the nylon upper with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Air dry the shoes in a shaded area away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping. Because of the performance-oriented fit, these shoes are best worn with thin, moisture-wicking synthetic running socks rather than thick cotton.
