Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, focus on proper break-in and routine maintenance. Start by wearing the shoes for shorter runs to allow the foam to adapt to your foot strike. When cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid fully submerging the shoes or using a washing machine, as high heat and heavy agitation can damage the nylon upper and the foam structure. Ensure the shoes air-dry naturally in a shaded area away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the integrity of the adhesive materials.
