FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for long-distance running?
No, the GEL 1130 is primarily a lifestyle trainer based on a running silhouette. It is best suited for daily wear.
How should I clean the white leather panels?
Use a specialized sneaker cleaner or a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth. Never use bleach.
Do these trainers fit true to size?

What is the primary material of the upper?
The upper is constructed from high-quality synthetic leather panelling.
Can I remove the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
Troubleshooting
Visible surface dirt on the white leather
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS GEL 1130 trainers, proper care is essential. Since the upper features synthetic leather, avoid submerging the shoes in water or placing them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the adhesives. Instead, clean the exterior using a soft-bristled brush and a mild soap solution for stains. For the best fit, ensure you are selecting based on UK adult sizing standards. If the shoes become damp, air-dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the materials from warping or cracking.
