The ASICS GEL 1130 is an ideal choice for adults seeking a blend of vintage running aesthetics and modern street-style versatility. Inspired by the classic GEL-KAYANO 14, these trainers provide reliable everyday comfort with a refined synthetic leather construction; however, users should note that they are designed primarily for lifestyle wear rather than high-performance marathon running.

While the design is inspired by performance running shoes, the GEL 1130 is positioned as a lifestyle trainer and is not intended for long-distance or high-intensity athletic running.
Use a gentle, mild soap solution on a damp cloth. Avoid bleach or abrasive cleaners to keep the white finish intact.
Yes, they generally fit true to standard UK sizing. If you have particularly wide feet, you may consider trying them on with your preferred thickness of socks to ensure comfort.
Yes, the standard eyelet configuration allows you to replace the laces with any standard-length athletic lace.
The GEL 1130 is inspired by the KAYANO 14 design evolution, offering a similar aesthetic and comfort profile reimagined for everyday casual wear.
While listed for specific gender categories, the design follows a neutral silhouette that can often be worn by anyone, provided the correct UK size is selected.
This is a natural characteristic of the material. Use a shoe tree when not in use to help the trainers maintain their shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a dry cloth to gently sweep away debris from the mesh panels.
Standard insoles are removable; consider replacing them with aftermarket comfort inserts if you require additional arch support.
Because these are standard lace-up trainers, no complex setup is required. Ensure you select your standard UK size for the best fit. To maintain the synthetic leather material: wipe the exterior with a damp, soft cloth after use to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the bonding agents and the aesthetic finish. If they become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the leather from cracking or warping.
