The PUMA x HYROX Deviate Nitro Elite 4 is a high-performance trainer engineered for competitive athletes focused on race-day speed and efficiency. It is designed specifically for the demands of HYROX competitions, offering a unique blend of carbon-plated propulsion and lightweight responsive cushioning that helps maintain pace as fatigue sets in, though its specialized focus means it may be less suitable for casual, everyday walking compared to standard daily trainers.

While they are comfortable, they are engineered for speed and race performance, not as a casual daily walker.
Yes, they are highly effective for road running, especially for tempo runs and race simulations.
Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent; avoid aggressive scrubbing to prevent fabric fraying.
The carbon plate is designed to last the lifetime of the shoe, though the foam cushioning will naturally compress over time.
The Deviate Nitro Elite 4 generally fits true to size for a performance-oriented fit; try them on with your preferred athletic socks.
Ensure laces are tightened correctly using the heel-lock eyelet to secure the midfoot.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris from the lug patterns to restore traction.
For the best experience, ensure you are wearing the correct size to prevent movement within the shoe, as the carbon plate requires a secure fit to transfer energy effectively. To maintain the life of your trainers, remove them after use to allow the foam to decompress and air out naturally. If they become dirty after outdoor use or field work, wipe the upper with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the integrity of the carbon plate and the responsive foam structure.
