The Puma Deviate Elite 4 is a high-performance road running shoe designed for adult female runners targeting race day goals and personal bests. Featuring advanced carbon plate technology and ultra-lightweight foam, it delivers exceptional energy return and speed for neutral pronators; however, its aggressive, minimal construction makes it less suitable for everyday slow-paced training compared to heavier, more cushioned daily trainers.

This shoe is designed for neutral pronation. If you require significant arch support or stability for overpronation, please consult a professional fitting expert.
While PUMAGRIP provides good traction, these are specifically designed as road running shoes and may lack the durability and protection required for technical trails.
Performance racing shoes typically provide optimal energy return for 300-500 kilometers, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The shoe features a stack height of 40mm at the heel and 32mm at the forefoot.
The Deviate Elite 4 generally fits true to size for a standard adult female running shoe; however, it has a regular width, so runners with wider feet may want to try them on for a precise fit.
The shoe is designed for forward propulsion; ensure your foot strike remains centered and avoid exaggerated lateral movements.
Utilize a double-knot or a runner's loop (heel lock) to secure the laces given the thin, performance-oriented nature of the tongue.
The Deviate Elite 4 features a standard lace closure system, allowing for a personalized fit across the midfoot. Before your first long run, perform a short trial to ensure the lacing pressure is comfortable across the top of the foot.
