The Brooks Ghost 18 Trainers are designed for adult runners who prioritize long-term comfort and reliable cushioning during their daily training sessions. These trainers provide an adaptive, ergonomic fit enhanced by a breathable mesh upper, making them a solid choice for neutral runners; however, users seeking high-intensity racing shoes may find them better suited for steady-state mileage rather than speed-focused workouts.

The Ghost 18 is a neutral trainer. If you require specific arch support, you may wish to consult with a professional to see if an aftermarket insole is needed.
While the rubber outsole offers good traction, these are designed primarily for roads and light paths rather than technical, rugged trails.
Generally, running shoes are recommended to be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
No, machine washing can damage the materials and the adhesive. Spot cleaning is recommended.
Yes, they are designed to fit standard UK sizing, but it is recommended to allow for a thumbnail's width of space at the front of the toe box.
Use a double knot or a runner's loop (heel lock) to increase security.
Use a dry, soft-bristled brush to gently remove dried mud from the mesh fibers.
Ensure your socks are moisture-wicking and check if the size corresponds to the natural swelling of the foot during exercise.
To ensure the best performance from your Brooks Ghost 18 Trainers, begin by adjusting the laces while wearing your preferred running socks to achieve a secure midfoot lockdown. These trainers are standard running footwear compatible with neutral foot strikes. For maintenance, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean with a soft brush and mild soap, then allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can damage the midsole foam properties over time.
