The Dreamstrike+ midsole is engineered to provide responsive cushioning, offering a comfortable and energetic feel during your runs while helping to absorb impact.
The Supernova Rise 3 features a regular fit, which is designed to accommodate a variety of foot shapes. If you have particularly wide feet, it is recommended to try them on to ensure a comfortable fit.
Clean the trainers using a damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using a washing machine, as this can damage the shoe's structure and materials. Always air dry them away from direct heat.
The adidas Performance Supernova Rise 3 Running Trainers weigh approximately 230g, contributing to a lightweight and agile feel during your runs.
While primarily designed for running, the comfort, cushioning, and stability may make them suitable for some casual athletic activities. However, for specific sports, specialized footwear is recommended for optimal performance and safety.
The extra stability is designed to help guide your foot and maintain a more efficient running form, especially when fatigue sets in or on varied surfaces. This can help reduce strain and improve your overall running experience.
The product information states that the box or label may display US/Euro sizing which can differ from the UK size. Always confirm your UK size for accuracy and try the shoes on indoors to ensure they fit correctly.
If the shoes do not fit correctly, check the UK size on the product and compare it to your usual size. It's advisable to try them on before purchase or refer to the brand's sizing chart. Note that box or label sizes may differ from UK sizing.
Over time, cushioning can compress. Ensure the shoes are clean and that no debris is trapped within the midsole or outsole. For significantly degraded cushioning, replacement may be necessary.
Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free from mud or debris. For continued slipping, the outsole may be worn down, and replacement of the trainers might be considered.
Setup:
These running trainers require no specific setup. They are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct UK size before use. It is recommended to try them on indoors to confirm the fit.
Compatibility:
The Supernova Rise 3 is designed for adult runners and is suitable for regular fit, accommodating various foot types. While primarily intended for running, the durable construction and stable design may offer comfort for other athletic activities or casual wear, though specialized footwear is recommended for specific sports.
