Can I use these for gym workouts?
They are suitable for light gym activities, but the TRUSSTIC system is optimized for walking and daily support rather than heavy weightlifting.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel tight after long wear
This is normal as feet swell during the day. Ensure laces are not tied too tightly across the bridge of the foot.
Creasing on leather overlays
Natural creasing is expected with high-quality leather. Use a shoe tree when not wearing to maintain the shape of the toe box.
Surface stains on light colors
Gently dab the area with a specialized leather cleaner; never use harsh industrial solvents or bleach.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your ASICS GEL-1130 trainers remain in top condition, follow these simple guidelines:
- Break-in: These shoes generally fit true to size. Wear them indoors for a few hours to allow the leather and internal foam to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning on leather components, use a mild soap solution and a damp cloth; avoid soaking the shoes as this can damage the structural adhesives.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and leather cracking.
- Compatibility: The neutral design makes these suitable for a variety of casual outfits, from jeans to athletic leisurewear.
