The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers in Black Pure Silver are designed for adult males seeking a stylish and durable athletic shoe for everyday wear and active lifestyles. Their key benefit lies in the blend of aesthetic appeal with a robust construction, offering reliable support. A potential caveat is that the mesh upper, while breathable, may offer less water resistance in wet conditions. This guide covers its features, performance, care, and troubleshooting.

The primary material for the upper is breathable mesh, complemented by leather accents and a rubber sole.
While comfortable for general wear and light activity, the Gel-1130 is primarily designed as a trainer for everyday use and may not offer the specialized support and cushioning required for marathon running.
Gently wipe the mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid excessive scrubbing or soaking. Always air dry.
The mesh upper offers limited water resistance. It is not recommended to wear these trainers in heavy rain or wet conditions as they may not keep your feet dry.
The 'Gel' typically refers to ASICS' cushioning technology, GEL, which is strategically placed in the midsole to absorb shock and provide comfort.
The standard fit is designed for average width feet. Adjustment via lacing can provide some flexibility, but for significantly wide feet, a specific wide-fit model might be more suitable.
Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring not to overtighten. If still uncomfortable, consider if a different size is needed.
Remove insoles and air dry shoes completely. Use a shoe deodorizer or baking soda inside the shoes overnight.
Clean the rubber sole with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated dirt or debris that might be affecting grip.
Setup: These trainers require no assembly. Upon receiving them, simply try them on for fit and adjust the laces as needed.
Compatibility: The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers are designed for adult males and are generally compatible with standard athletic socks. They are suitable for a variety of surfaces, including pavements, gym floors, and light trails.
