The Asics Novablast 6 is a high-performance trainer engineered for neutral runners and underpronators seeking a responsive, bouncy ride with superior energy return. Combining advanced FF BLAST MAX foam with a specialized forefoot trampoline pod, these shoes deliver a soft, energized experience for daily training; however, runners seeking extreme stability or rigid arch support may find the plush, high-stack design less suitable for their specific biomechanical needs.

This shoe is designed for neutral or underpronating feet. Those with flat feet who require significant arch support or motion control may need a different model.
Neutral runners typically show a wear pattern centered at the ball of the foot and have a normal arch that does not collapse inward excessively.
While excellent for running, the high-stack foam is optimized for forward momentum. For heavy lifting where a stable, flat base is needed, you may prefer a more minimalist training shoe.
No, the engineered woven upper is designed for maximum breathability and will allow water to pass through if exposed to heavy rain.
General running shoe life is between 300 to 500 miles. Replace them when the midsole foam feels compressed or if the outsole grip becomes significantly worn.
The Novablast 6 features a tongue wing construction; ensure the wings are properly aligned during lacing to secure the tongue in place.
The Novablast 6 is designed for road and light-trail running. Ensure your path remains relatively even, as the high-stack foam is optimized for energy return rather than technical trail stability.
To maximize the longevity of your Novablast 6 trainers, ensure a proper fit by allowing a thumb's width of space in the toe box. These shoes are specifically designed for runners with a neutral or underpronator gait. Care for your shoes by removing loose dirt after use with a soft brush and air-drying them away from direct heat sources like radiators. To maintain the integrity of the foam cushioning, avoid machine washing or drying, as high temperatures can degrade the midsole's responsiveness. If the interior gets wet, remove the sockliner and stuff the shoe with newspaper to absorb moisture naturally.
