The ASICS Novablast 6 trainers are designed for adult runners who prioritize a balance of cloud-like cushioning and responsive energy return. Featuring advanced FF BLAST MAX midsole technology and a secure tongue wing construction, these shoes offer a stable, breathable experience for daily training; however, the significant stack height may feel less agile for runners who prefer a closer-to-the-ground sensation.

Keep these shoes away from harsh detergents or machine washing, as the chemical composition of the performance foams can be compromised.
