Product Information

Full details

The ASICS Novablast 6 is a high-performance neutral road running shoe designed for adult female runners seeking a balance of cloud-like comfort and high-energy return. Featuring advanced FF BLAST MAX cushioning and a specialized trampoline pod in the forefoot, it excels during daily training sessions by providing soft landings and an energized bounce. One caveat to keep in mind is that as a neutral trainer, it is optimized for runners who do not require significant stability or motion control features.

Does this shoe provide arch support?

The Novablast 6 is a neutral running shoe. While it provides excellent underfoot comfort, it does not feature specific mechanical arch support for overpronation.

Troubleshooting

Feeling discomfort in the midfoot area

Adjust the laces to ensure the tongue wing is laying flat; overtightening may pinch the midfoot.

Slipping during runs

Check the outsole for small rocks or debris lodged in the ASICSGRIP rubber and ensure the shoe is properly tied.

Woven upper requires careful cleaning to avoid snags

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize the lifespan of your Novablast 6 trainers, ensure you wear the correct size for your gait cycle; neutral runners will find these shoes provide optimal comfort right out of the box.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud and dust from the outsole.
Washing: Avoid putting your trainers in the washing machine or dryer. Clean the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Drying: Air dry the shoes in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or extreme heat sources, which can degrade the midsole foam.
Rotation: If training heavily, consider rotating with another pair of shoes to allow the foam to decompress and recover between runs.
