The ASICS Novablast 6 trainers are designed for adult runners of all levels who prioritize high-energy return and everyday comfort in their footwear. These trainers offer a lightweight, breathable build that excels during moderate distance runs, though runners seeking extreme stability for overpronation may find the high-stack reactive sole requires an adjustment period.

Yes, the Novablast 6 is designed for distance running, offering enough cushioning to support long-duration efforts.
ASICS trainers generally fit true to size, but we recommend measuring your feet while wearing your preferred running socks.
While excellent for treadmill running, the high-stack sole is less ideal for heavy weightlifting where a flat, stable base is required.
Depending on usage intensity and runner weight, the cushioning typically retains its responsiveness for 300 to 500 miles.
No, these trainers feature a breathable mesh upper, which is designed for airflow rather than water resistance.
Ensure the laces are snug to lock the midfoot in place, or focus on a more central foot strike pattern.
Check your gait for excessive dragging and ensure you are using the shoes primarily on suitable running surfaces rather than rough off-road terrain.
To ensure the best experience with your Novablast 6 trainers, verify your fit by ensuring a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. When cleaning, avoid machine washing; instead, gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the cushioning foam. To maintain the life of the midsole, rotate your shoes if you run daily to allow the foam to decompress fully between sessions.
