The Asics Novablast 6 is a high-performance running trainer designed for neutral and underpronating adult runners who want a balance of soft landings and high energy return. Featuring advanced foam technology and a grippy outsole, this shoe excels on road surfaces for daily training sessions, though it is specifically optimized for neutral gaits and may not offer enough support for those requiring heavy overpronation correction.

Yes, its combination of energy-returning foam and long-term durability makes it a great choice for high-mileage training and road marathons.
Neutral runners land on the outer edge of the heel and roll inward slightly to absorb shock. If you roll inward significantly, you are likely an overpronator.
No, machine washing can damage the specialized midsole foam and the fabric upper. Use a soft brush and mild soap by hand.
The standard version is designed for a medium foot width; check the specific product listing to see if wide variants are available in your region.
The Novablast 6 features refined outsole rubber application (ASICSGRIP) and an updated tongue construction for a more secure midfoot lockdown.
Adjust the laces using the 'runner's loop' or ensure the tongue wing is centered correctly over the top of the foot.
Ensure you are a neutral runner; this shoe lacks the rigid stability structures found in dedicated motion-control trainers.
To ensure the best experience, verify your size (UK 6 for this specific model) and ensure you are wearing appropriate running socks. The shoe is compatible with orthotic insoles if additional arch support is needed, though the stock liner is designed for a neutral fit. To maintain the shoes, wipe them down with a damp cloth after runs in muddy conditions. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can degrade the integrity of the foam and adhesives. Allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the upper material's flexibility.
