Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your new Cooks Professional pans, wash them in warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly. While the enamel finish is durable, avoid using metal utensils that could scratch or chip the surface; silicone or wooden tools are highly recommended. Although the enamel is easy to clean, avoid using harsh abrasive scouring pads. For stubborn food remnants, soak the pan in warm water before gently wiping it clean with a soft sponge. Never use these pans in a dishwasher, as the high-pressure water and harsh detergents can damage the enamel and cause the iron to rust. Always ensure the pan is completely dry before storing it.
