Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash your pans with warm, soapy water to remove any dust from packaging. While the enamel surface is robust, avoid using metal utensils that may scratch the finish; silicone or wooden tools are recommended.
Compatibility: These pans are fully compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Allow the pans to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock.
- Maintenance: Use a soft sponge and mild detergent. The enamel coating makes cleaning straightforward; avoid harsh scouring pads.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. If stacking, place a protective cloth between the pans to prevent the exterior or interior from scratching.
