Setup
- Lacing: Loosen the laces completely before putting on the boots. Once your foot is comfortably inside, tighten them evenly from bottom to top, ensuring a snug but not overly tight fit. Double-knot for security.
- Break-in: While Elite boots often have minimal break-in, wear them for short training sessions initially before a full match. This allows the boots to adapt to your foot shape.
Compatibility
These boots are equipped with an FG (Firm Ground) soleplate. They are specifically designed for use on natural grass pitches that are dry to slightly damp. Using them on artificial turf (AG) or very wet/soft ground (SG) can damage the studs, reduce performance, and potentially void any warranty.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and mud using a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. If necessary, use a mild soap solution.
- Drying: Never dry your boots with direct heat (e.g., radiators, hair dryers), as this can damage the upper material and adhesives. Instead, stuff them with newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and allow them to air dry at room temperature.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A boot bag can protect them during transport.
- Odor Control: Use boot deodorizers or cedar inserts to help absorb moisture and prevent odors.
