These Under Armour Women's Heatgear Performance Gym Shorts are designed for adult women engaging in active training. Their key benefit is providing a lightweight, close-fitting design that supports sustained movement and comfort. A potential caveat is that the close fit may not be preferred by everyone for all types of activities. The shorts feature a HeatGear design that wicks away sweat and dries quickly, keeping you cool and comfortable during intense workouts.

HeatGear is Under Armour's original performance base layer. It's designed to keep athletes cool, dry, and light, even in extreme heat. It wicks sweat away from the skin and dries quickly.
While comfortable, their design is optimized for athletic performance. The close fit might be more snug than typical casual shorts.
The close fit minimizes friction, prevents fabric bunching during movement, and allows the HeatGear technology to work most effectively by staying close to the skin.
These shorts are designed for training and gym activities. While they are made of quick-drying material, they are not specifically designed as swimwear.
Refer to the brand's specific sizing chart. Measure your waist and hips and compare them to the chart to find your best fit.
Based on the product description, these performance gym shorts are not described as having pockets. They are designed for minimal bulk during training.
Ensure you have selected the correct size based on the provided size chart. The HeatGear design is intended to be a close fit; consider a size up if a looser fit is preferred, though this may affect performance.
Check for fabric softener residue, which can clog the fabric pores. Re-wash the shorts following the care instructions, avoiding fabric softeners.
Verify that the size is correct. The close fit should allow for unrestricted movement. If chafing occurs, ensure the garment is not bunched up.
Setup: These shorts require no setup; simply put them on. Ensure you have selected the correct size for optimal fit and performance.
Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of athletic activities and compatible with most activewear tops and shoes.
