The Under Armour Women's Heatgear Performance Gym Shorts are designed for adult women engaging in active training sessions. Their key benefit is providing a lightweight, close-fitting design that supports sustained movement and comfort. A potential caveat is the slim fit, which may not be preferred by everyone. These shorts feature a design that sits close to the body while allowing unrestricted movement, engineered for comfort during workouts.

Yes, the lightweight design and HeatGear technology make them suitable for running, especially in warmer conditions, due to their moisture-wicking capabilities and freedom of movement.
The product information does not specify the exact material composition, but HeatGear items are typically made from a polyester blend designed for performance.
The shorts should fit snugly but comfortably, following your body's contours without restricting movement. Refer to the size chart for Under Armour apparel for specific measurements.
While designed for performance, their slim fit and athletic material make them best suited for workouts. They can be worn casually, but may not offer the comfort or style of dedicated casual wear.
Machine wash cold with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach if needed, and tumble dry low. Avoid fabric softeners and ironing to maintain the fabric's performance properties.
Based on the product description, there is no mention of pockets. They are designed for a streamlined, lightweight feel during exercise.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. If the fit is still too restrictive, consider a different style with a more relaxed fit.
Check that fabric softeners were not used during washing, as they can clog the fabric's performance fibers. Re-wash following care instructions carefully.
Ensure the size is correct and the fit is snug but not constricting. Consider wearing compression underwear underneath for added protection.
Setup: These are ready-to-wear athletic shorts and require no setup. Ensure you select the correct size for optimal performance and comfort.
