Troubleshooting

Powder not mixing well

Ensure you are using enough liquid and shaking vigorously. For smoother mixing, try adding the powder to the shaker before the liquid.

Clumpy texture

This can sometimes occur due to moisture. Ensure the container is tightly sealed. Shaking more vigorously or letting the shake sit for a minute can help break up clumps.

Digestive discomfort

Some individuals may experience mild digestive upset. Try reducing the serving size or consulting with a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Ensure you are not lactose intolerant.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare your Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, mix one heaped scoop (30g) with 180-240 ml of water in a shaker cup. For a richer flavor and smoother consistency, milk can be used instead of water. Ensure the shaker is securely closed before shaking vigorously until all powder is dissolved. This product is compatible with most standard shaker bottles and blenders. Store the container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly sealed to maintain freshness. Regular cleaning of your shaker bottle is recommended to prevent odor buildup.
