Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare a standard shake, add one scoop (included in the container) to 180-240 ml of cold water or milk. Use a shaker cup with a wire whisk ball for the best results, shaking vigorously for 30 seconds. This powder is compatible with most standard protein shakers and can also be stirred into Greek yogurt or used in baking recipes to boost protein density. Store the container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and ensure the lid is tightly sealed after every use to maintain powder freshness and prevent moisture absorption.
