These Sondico Blaze FG Football Boots are specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG), which means natural grass pitches that are dry and firm. They are not recommended for artificial turf or very wet/muddy conditions.
After each use, tap off loose mud, then wipe the boots clean with a damp cloth. A mild soap can be used for stubborn dirt. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Due to their soft synthetic leather material, the Sondico Blaze boots require minimal break-in compared to natural leather boots. Your child should still wear them for short periods before a full match to ensure maximum comfort.
While the synthetic leather offers some water resistance, these boots are not fully waterproof. Prolonged exposure to heavy rain or very wet conditions may result in water penetration.
The upper of the Sondico Blaze FG Football Boots is made from a soft synthetic leather, designed for comfort, durability, and enhanced ball touch.
It is not recommended to use Firm Ground (FG) boots on artificial grass (AG) pitches. Doing so can accelerate wear on the studs and soleplate, reduce performance, and potentially void any warranty. Specialized AG or multi-ground (MG) boots are better suited for artificial surfaces.
Ensure the boots are being used on a 'Firm Ground' (FG) surface as intended. Check the studs for excessive wear or blockages from mud, and clean them thoroughly after each use. If the pitch is excessively wet or soft, these FG boots may not provide optimal traction.
Verify the boot size is correct; an incorrect size can lead to discomfort. Allow for a short break-in period. Ensure your child is wearing appropriate football socks, which often have extra padding and moisture-wicking properties. Check laces are tied correctly, not too tight or too loose.
Regularly clean the synthetic leather upper, especially the quilted forefoot area, to ensure dirt or debris isn't diminishing the textured effect designed for ball control. Over time, heavy wear can smooth out these textures; ensure good care practices are followed.
Always air dry the boots thoroughly after use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid storing them in a sealed bag immediately after playing. You can use shoe deodorizers or sprinkle baking soda inside the boots overnight to absorb odors, then shake it out.
