The Nike Metcon 10 Trainers are designed for adult women who need a versatile, high-performance shoe for intense gym sessions including weight training, HIIT, and general fitness. Featuring advanced ReactX foam for responsiveness and a specialized Hyperlift plate for structural stability, these trainers excel in demanding athletic environments, though their rigid construction may feel less cushioned for long-distance running.

These shoes are designed primarily for gym training, weightlifting, and HIIT. While they can handle short sprints, they are not intended for long-distance running due to their firm, stability-focused sole.
The Hyperlift plate is located in the heel to provide additional height and rigid stability, which helps maintain a better posture during heavy lifting movements.
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer to protect the shoe's construction.
Yes, the Metcon 10 is built with a wide, flat base and secure lacing system to provide excellent support during side-to-side movements.
Yes, the specialized 'Grip and Grit' texture on the midfoot is specifically designed to provide durability and traction against the friction of rope climbs.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly through all eyelets and consider using a 'runner's loop' at the top for extra heel lockdown.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris from the 'Grip and Grit' textured areas of the midfoot and toe.
To ensure your Nike Metcon 10 trainers last, keep them away from direct heat sources that could warp the foam midsoles. Since these are performance-oriented shoes, ensure the laces are tightened properly before each session to activate the lockdown support system. For cleaning, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the adhesives and structural foam. Store them in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area to maintain the integrity of the materials.
