Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Metcon 10 trainers last, focus on proper fit and maintenance. The shoe features a wider toe box to accommodate natural foot splay; ensure you have enough room in the front to prevent crowding during heavy lifts. Secure the midfoot band snugly—but not overly tight—to achieve a locked-in feel. For care, avoid machine washing, which can break down the stability materials. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the shoes become wet inside, remove the insoles and air dry them in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
