No, the Metcon 10 is built for gym training and lifting; it does not offer the cushioning or flexibility required for long-distance running.
The Metcon 10 provides a stable, neutral base designed to keep your foot flat and secure for lifting, which serves as a firm foundation for most athletes.
Yes, the durability and stability features, such as the grip texture, make them excellent for functional fitness and CrossFit-style workouts.
The Metcon 10 generally fits true to size. Ensure you have about a thumb's width of space at the toe to accommodate foot swelling during exercise.
Yes, the insoles in most Nike training shoes can be removed to accommodate custom orthotics if necessary.
Ensure the laces are tied securely and that you are wearing the correct size to prevent foot movement within the shoe.
Use a damp brush to gently remove debris from the grip-texture areas, ensuring the traction remains effective.
To ensure the best performance from your Metcon 10 trainers, ensure the laces are tightened adequately to secure your foot within the structured upper. Because these shoes are designed specifically for indoor gym use, it is best to avoid wearing them on rough outdoor terrain, which can degrade the specialized sole texture.
For care, clean the exterior using a soft-bristled brush and mild soap to remove dust or debris. Always allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the foam and adhesives.
