Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your ASICS Contend 10 trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure you have selected the correct UK adult size. The trainers should feel secure around the midfoot with enough room in the toe box to prevent cramping.
- Lacing: Use the eyelets to customize your lockdown preference, ensuring the tongue stays centered.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft-bristled brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the adhesive and foam integrity.
- Air Drying: Always allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
